During a crisis or disaster...
2-1-1 will be used by the Emergency Management Agency in Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams counties to provide the public with official information following a disaster. Additionally, our 2-1-1 operators will tell you how to contact resources and programs that can help you get through the emergency.
United Way of America and the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) have teamed up to promote and advocate for 2-1-1 nationally. Locally, our Fulton County 2-1-1 service is funded in part by the United Way Fulton County, with the actual 2-1-1 service being operated by Comprehensive Crisis Care.
