During a crisis or disaster...
2-1-1 will be used by the Emergency Management Agency in Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams counties to provide the public with official information following a disaster. Additionally, our 2-1-1 operators will tell you how to contact resources and programs that can help you get through the emergency.
Who operates 2-1-1?
United Way of America and the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) have teamed up to promote and advocate for 2-1-1 nationally. Locally, our Fulton County 2-1-1 service is funded in part by the United Way Fulton County, with the actual 2-1-1 service being operated by Comprehensive Crisis Care.
